Grant & Weber’s Arbitration Services starts with a thorough file review. We re-examine the evidence, intently comparing the documentation to the issues in dispute. We unquestionably attempt early settlement if possible. By doing so, we further advantage our client’s position by carefully reviewing the other side’s defenses prior to filing our contentions. We will communicate any issues discovered that may not have been previously addressed. The contentions submitted will be well reasoned and easily understandable, even in the most complex cases. Our Director of Arbitration Services has over 10 years of experience in writing and filing Arbitrations, as well as being a Master Arbitrator with Arbitration Forums, Inc. We also consult Jake Traskell, Esq., as an Arbitration and Subrogation specialist, to help educate our staff. In addition, we can provide the same excellent Arbitration service for those clients who belong to NAMIC. Grant & Weber maximizes the filing process using E-Speed and a team of professionals who know how to handle the flow of files. We have integrated our Arbitration Services with our Subrogation Division so that when necessary, in the event of an insurance coverage denial, a complementary progression to subrogation is achieved.

Grant & Weber uses the most advanced methods to secure files referred for collection. Using the latest in software available on the market, we have the ability to set up a secure electronic assignment of accounts, which includes all documentation, statements, police reports, images, diagrams and more. This software also allows us to communicate directly with the claims adjusters, saving the valuable time of your clerical staff, normally used by other vendors. We are also equipped to scan and obtain documentation via a client service advocate, who is dedicated to your office to make copies and transmit to us for assignment. We feel that the efficiency of our file transfer process is a valuable added resource to our proven collection methods.
Grant & Weber utilizes our dedicated Client Service Advocates to secure files and update clients on supplemental information identified on each referral. These reports can be customized to meet our client’s needs via email, telephone or fax, depending upon our client’s preference.
Grant & Weber provides several standard reports to keep our clients informed of account statuses. The reports are made available for download on our secure website or sent via hardcopy with remittance. Grant & Weber custom reports can be made available to our clients on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
Grant & Weber participates in national and local committees to ensure we are always abreast on current regulations and issues in the industry.
Let Grant & Weber prove to you the value of our expertise and our ongoing commitment to always collecting the maximum recovery possible, no matter what the case. |
